Local Rule 201: DEMAND FOR JURY TRIAL

RULE 201 (Fed. R. Civ. P. 38)
DEMAND FOR JURY TRIAL Where demand is made for a jury trial, it shall appear immediately following the title of the complaint or answer containing the demand, or on such other document as may be permitted by Fed. R. Civ. P. 38(b).
Any notation on the civil cover sheet, as described in L.R. 200, concerning whether a jury trial is or is not demanded, shall not constitute a demand for a jury trial under these Rules.
