RULE 580 PUBLICATION OF NOTICES Every notice required to be published in a newspaper by any statute of the United States or any Rule applying to admiralty and maritime proceedings, including the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims and these Local Rules, shall be published in accordance with L.R. 171.
