Local Rules of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky — Attorney Rules
LR 83.4 Local Counsel If the law practice of an attorney practicing before the Court is not located in proximity to the place where court is held, the Court may -- in its discretion -- require the attorney to designate local counsel. To require local counsel, the Court must enter an order articulating the reasons local counsel is required.
