LR 16.2 Call of the Docket To ensure compliance with FRCP 4(m), and 16(b)(2), the case manager in each section of court, once a month or as often as the court deems proper, must call all cases before the court that have been pending 90 days or longer after filing of the complaint, and in which issue has not been joined. The call must be on the regular day and time assigned for submission of motions, and the clerk must give 14 days' notice of the call to all counsel of record.
