Local Rule LR 3.2: Removal

LR 3.2 Removal Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1447(b), in every case in which a Notice of Removal is filed, there moving defendant must file, within 14 days of removal:
(a) A list of all parties remaining in the action;
(b) Copies of all pleadings, including answers, filed in state court; and
(c) Copies of the return of service of process filed in state court on those parties.
