LR 41.1 Dismissals Except as provided in FRCP 41(a)(1), if an attorney proposes to dismiss a suit with the intention of refiling it, the attorney must clearly state that intention in the motion to dismiss. [Amended May 18, 2004, June 26, 2004; February 1, 2011]
