LR 41.2 Conditional Dismissals If the parties have agreed unconditionally to settle a case, the case must be conditionally dismissed without prejudice to the right, within the time set forth in the dismissal order, to file a motion for summary judgment enforcing the settlement or to reopen the matter if settlement is not consummated.
