LR 54.1 Costs When any civil action scheduled for jury trial is settled or otherwise disposed of before trial and the clerk's office is not notified in time to inform the jurors that it will not be necessary for them to attend, juror costs, including marshal's fees, mileage and per diem, may be assessed.
