LR 7.3 Submission of Ex Parte or Consent Motions A motion for an order, allowed by these rules to be filed ex parte or by consent, need not assign a date for submission, but must be accompanied by a proposed order. Except as otherwise ordered in an individual case, every such motion must be filed pursuant to LR 5.1. [Amended February 1, 2011]
