LR 83.3.1 Reasons for Building Security The purpose of the rules for building security is to minimize interference with and disruptions of the court's business, to preserve decorum in conducting the court's business and to provide effective security in buildings in which proceedings governed by these rules are held.[Amended February 1, 2011]
