LR 9.1 Three Judge Cases Upon filing any suit or proceeding that may require a three judge court for disposition, the party filing the action must state in writing to the clerk and other parties the provision under which he or she is proceeding. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the matter being treated as one not requiring three judges. [Amended February 1, 2011]
