Local Rule Rule 2.03: Cases Removed to the District Court

Rule 2.03 (FRCP 81) Cases Removed to the District Court.
A party commencing a civil case with a notice of removal shall (1) pay the prescribed filing fee for a new action or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis, (2) file an original notice of removal, (3) file proof of filing the notice with the Clerk of the State Court and proof of service on all adverse parties, (4) file a copy of all process, pleadings, orders and other documents then on file in the state court including a copy of the state court's docket sheet, and (5) comply with Local Rule 2.02.
