Rule 2.15 (FRCP 83) Procedures for Electronic Filing.
The Court may promulgate, enforce, and amend as necessary procedures governing electronic case filing. Such procedures shall be compiled in a manual available from the Clerk in written and/or electronic format. See CM/ECF Procedures Manual at http://www.moed.uscourts.gov/cmecf-procedures-manual.
