Local Criminal Rule 12.4. Disclosure Statement For purposes of Fed. R. Crim. P. 12.4(b)(2), "promptly" means "within 14 days"; that is, parties are required to file supplemental disclosure statement within 14 days of the time there is any change in the information required in a disclosure statement filed under those rules.
