Local Rule Rule 45.1: Witnesses

Rule 45.1 Witnesses A party may not release a person from a subpoena without the consent of the other parties or notice to the other parties and leave of court. A party objecting to the release of a person shall bear all costs, incident to such person, that arise subsequent to the request for release. The court may, in its discretion and in the interest of justice, permit a party to call and examine a witness not listed in the final pretrial order.
