Rule 7.4 Ex Parte Motions Unless the related case is already under seal, an ex parte motion shall only be sealed upon specific order of the court. A motion requesting permission to file an ex parte motion under seal shall include the ex parte motion as an attachment. The clerk shall treat the motion to seal and attachment as sealed pending order of the court.
