Local Rule Rule 83.3: Change of Address

Rule 83.3 Change of Address All attorneys and unrepresented persons in a lawsuit must notify the court in writing within 14 days of any change of address. Within the same time period, attorneys must also maintain their user account in CM/ECF. Failure to notify the court in a timely manner of an address change may result in dismissal of the action or the imposition of such other relief that the court deems just and proper.
