Local Rule Rule 83.5: Correspondence

Rule 83.5 Correspondence Correspondence addressed to the court shall indicate that copies have been transmitted to all other parties; failure to transmit the same to all other parties may result in sanctions by the court. Such correspondence shall not become a part of the record in the case.
