LCvR 1.1 Purpose and Scope of Rules.
These local civil rules are promulgated to supplement the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure with local Court procedure. General Orders, which are issued by the Court periodically as necessary, are available from the Court Clerk or on the Court's website at www.oked.uscourts.gov. These Rules become effective on July 5, 2016.
