LCvR 3.2 Advance Payment of Filing Fees.
Except as provided in LCvR 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, or by order of the Court in a specific case, the filing fee shall be paid within seven (7) days of the filing of any civil action, suit or proceeding or be subject to immediate dismissal without prejudice to refiling.
