LCvR 69.1 Procedures on Execution of Judgment A party seeking enforcement of a judgment shall file a motion for writ of execution identifying the judgment sought to be enforced, the party against whom enforcement is sought, the description of any and all properties against which enforcement is sought, and any other pertinent information which indicates issuance of a writ to be proper and appropriate. The motion does not need to be served upon the opposing party.
