LR3.1.1 Patent, Trademark and Copyright Cases In cases in which jurisdiction is invoked in whole or in part under 28 U.S.C.§1338, plaintiff's counsel shall prepare and electronically file the Report on the Filing or Determination of an Action Regarding a Patent or Trademark (AO-120) in patent and trademark cases and the Report on the Filing or Determination of an Action or Appeal Regarding a Copyright (AO-121) in copyright cases.
