Local Rule LR69.2: Money Paid Pursuant to Execution

LR69.2 Money Paid Pursuant to Execution It shall be the responsibility of counsel to determine when money has been received by the Clerk pursuant to execution. Any money received by the Clerk shall be placed in the Court's registry account, and shall remain in this account for not less than 21 days, after which time it may be disbursed.
