LOCAL RULE CR-16.1 Pretrial Discovery Conference Following the discovery conference required by Fed. R. Crim. P. 16.1, the attorney for the government and the defendant's attorney shall notify the Court of the time agreed upon for any disclosures required by Fed. R. Crim P. 16(a)(1)(G)(i) and 16(b)(1)(C)(i), or of the parties' respective positions if no agreement was reached.
