LOCAL RULE CV-6 Computation of Time Deficient or Corrected Documents. When a document is corrected or re-filed by an attorney following a deficiency notice from the clerk's office (e.g., for a missing certificate of service or certificate of conference), the time for filing a response runs from the service of the corrected or refiled document, not the original document.
