FRDE RULE XIII EFFECTIVE DATE Any amendments to these disciplinary enforcement rules shall become effective immediately upon the entry and filing of any Order, provided that any formal disciplinary proceedings then pending before this Court shall be concluded under the procedure existing prior to the effective date of these amendments.
