LCivR 38 RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL; DEMAND

(d) Waiver; Withdrawal.
A party waives a jury trial unless its demand is properly served and filed according to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 38 and 81(c). In a removed action, a party desiring a jury trial must serve a demand for a jury trial within 14 days after it files a notice of removal or is served with a notice of removal filed by another party, unless a jury demand was made in the state court prior to removal.
