Local Rule 26.1 Initial Disclosures Parties are to complete the initial disclosure requirements of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26. Failure to comply with Rule 26, including the duty to supplement disclosures already made, may bar the presentation of evidence or witnesses on motion or at trial.
