30.2 TIME LIMITS. Unless otherwise authorized by the court or stipulated by the parties, a deposition is limited to one day of seven hours. See Rule 30(d)(2) F.R.Civ.P. The party taking the deposition shall have seven full hours to complete the interrogation of the witness, exclusive of all breaks, exclusive of time for document review by counsel, and exclusive of the time for examination of the deponent by the party offering him for deposition [OR by the opposing party ***].
