LOCAL RULE 34: REQUESTS FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS AND THINGS Except with written permission of the court first obtained, requests for production under Rule 34 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure may not exceed ten (10) requests to each party.
