83.3.2 HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT. Any person desiring to file a complaint against a judge of this court should follow the procedure provided in the "Rules of the Judicial Council of the Eleventh Circuit Governing Complaints of Judicial Misconduct and Disability" found at Addendum Three to the Rules of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. The requirements for filing and a sample complaint form are contained in the Addendum.
