LR 79.2 RELEASE OF INFORMATION BY COURT PERSONNEL All court personnel, including, among others, the United States Marshal and deputies, the Clerk of Court and deputies, the chief probation officer and officers, the chief pretrial services officer and officers, bailiffs, and court reporters, are prohibited from disclosing to any person, without authorization by the Court, information relating to a case that is not part of the public records of the Court. This proscription applies to the divulgence of information concerning arguments and hearings held in chambers or otherwise outside the presence of the public.
