LCrR 7.1 Superseding Indictments. Upon the filing of a superseding indictment, the government shall file a statement indicating whether the United States has filed or will file a motion for a continuance of trial based upon the filing of the superseding indictment and indicating the changes that have been made in the superseding indictment in comparison to the preceding indictment.
