Local Rule LR 16.1: Requirement of Holding Court Conferences

LR 16.1 Requirement of Holding Court Conferences. Unless otherwise ordered by the court, there shall be a minimum of two (2) court conferences in every civil action: an initial case management conference and a final pretrial conference. Health and Human Services cases (Social Security Appeals), prisoner, pro se parties and U.S. Government loan cases are exempted from the requirement of holding said conferences unless otherwise ordered by the court.
