LR 16.9.5 Fees. No fees shall be assessed to any party for the costs of the settlement officer program. If a neutral evaluator is the settlement officer, the services of the neutral evaluator shall be provided pro bono to the court unless other arrangements have been approved by all parties and the assigned judge prior to appointing the neutral evaluator to the case.
