LR 30.12 Videotape Depositions, Expenses and Counsel Fees. At any oral deposition taken outside this district, including a videotape deposition, a party may apply to the court for an order requiring the party requesting the deposition to pay the opposing party reasonable expenses and counsel fees incident thereto.
