LR 30.3 Videotape Depositions, Subpoena and Notices of. Every notice or subpoena for the taking of a videotape deposition shall state that it is to be videotaped, the name and address of the person whose deposition is to be taken, the name and address of the person before whom it is to be taken, and the name and address of the videotape operator and the operator's employer. The operator may be an employee of the attorney taking the deposition.
