LR 30.4 Videotape Depositions, Transcript. A stenographic transcript of the deposition shall not be required, unless, upon motion of any party, or sua sponte, the court so directs, and apportions the cost of same among the parties as appropriate. Any party may elect to provide a transcript at his or her expense, in which event copies shall be made available to all other counsel at cost.
