LR 39.3 Civil Trials, General Order of Summation. At the conclusion of the evidence, counsel who opened the case shall first address the jury and be followed by counsel for the opposite party, and by third parties. Counsel making the first address shall have the right to reply, restricting the reply to rebuttal without assertion of any new grounds or repetition of arguments previously made.
