Local Rule LR 39.7: Civil Trials, Trial Briefs

LR 39.7 Civil Trials, Trial Briefs. No later than three (3) days before trial, counsel shall file a trial brief and serve copies on all opposing counsel. The trial brief shall contain a succinct statement of the evidence to be presented and the position of the party filing the same with respect to anticipated legal issues, and the legal authorities relied upon to support the same. A trial brief shall conform to the requirements of Local Rule 7.8 as to content and length.
