LR 54.7 Witness Fees, Costs, Etc. The fees and mileage of witnesses shall be paid by the party on whose behalf the witness was subpoenaed, and upon the filing of proof of such payment, by affidavit filed in the case, as required by 28 U.S.C. § 1924, such costs shall be taxed and form part of the judgment in the case.
