LR 58.1 Marshal's Deeds. Marshal's deeds for property sold in execution shall not be acknowledged or delivered until fourteen (14) days after the date of the execution sale, during which time any objections to any sale or to the right of the purchaser, as a lien creditor, to apply a lien in satisfaction of a bid shall be filed.
