LR 79.5 Unsealing of Civil Cases/Documents. Unless good cause is shown, all civil cases and/or documents in those cases which still remain under seal after the case is terminated will be unsealed by the court no later than two (2) years after the final judgment and/or the exhaustion of all appeals.
