Local Rule LR 83.22.2: Attorney to Notify Clerk of Disbarment

LR 83.22.2 Attorney to Notify Clerk of Disbarment. Any attorney admitted to practice before this court shall, upon being disbarred on consent or resigning from the bar of any other court of the United States or the District of Columbia or from the bar of any state, territory, commonwealth or possession of the United States, while an investigation into allegations of misconduct is pending, promptly inform the clerk of this court of such disbarment on consent or resignation.
