M.D. Pa. — Attorney rule
LR 83.31 Court Defined. When in this Chapter reference is made to this court it shall mean the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Administration of this Chapter shall be under the authority of the Chief Judge. Actions and proceedings under this Chapter shall be taken by the Chief Judge of this court or the designee(s) of the Chief Judge.
