Local Rule LR 83.6.3: Discretion of the Court
M.D. Pa. — General rule
LR 83.6.3 Discretion of the Court. Notwithstanding any other provision of this rule, in all actions the court shall have the right to designate the place of trial for the convenience of the court or of all parties and witnesses.
