LR 83.8.1.2 Qualifications. Any person of good, moral and professional character shall be entitled to admission as an attorney of this court, provided that the person is a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and provided that the person is a member in good standing in every jurisdiction where the person has been admitted to practice and neither has been disbarred nor is subject to pending disciplinary proceedings.
