Local Rule LR 83.8.2.3: Attorneys for Federal Defender Organizations

LR 83.8.2.3 Attorneys for Federal Defender Organizations. An attorney who is employed by a federal defender organization and is a member of the bar of any United States District Court, who is a member of the bar in good standing in every jurisdiction in which the attorney has been admitted to practice, and who is not subject to pending disciplinary proceedings in any jurisdiction, shall be permitted to represent in this court individuals provided representation pursuant to the Criminal Justice Act of 1964 as amended.
