LCrR 57.07 – DESTRUCTION OF FILINGS All documents filed manually in a case, either as paper documents or on data storage devices, may be destroyed any time after thirty (30) days following final determination of any action, including appeals, without notice to the parties, unless prohibited by order of the Court.
