LCrR 58.02 – FINES IN PETTY OFFENSE CASES Fines imposed by Magistrate Judges in petty offense cases (those on the Central Violations Bureau docket) may be presented for payment to the Clerk of the Court, when accompanied by a written notice of the amount of the fine signed by a Magistrate Judge.
